Talking Points which is the OCPS Recommended Communication Platform. Emails, calls, and Band Parent Meetings are additional communication methods that will be used.

Band Parent Meetings are held Every 3rd Thursday of the Month for in Person/Zoom Meetings; These are general meetings to discuss calendar dates, activities with students, and general band business. These are not parent teacher conferences that can be scheduled for specific concerns.
Band Parents can volunteer for Concession Stands food sales and fundraising activities. Band Parents will not sit in the stands in with the Band but help serve the program when available and selected by the Director to volunteer.
